  • The receipt that you print out will act as proof of your ticket purchase.
  • This receipt is activated once you hand it to the bus driver (on any of our timetabled buses, on any operating day within the same calendar year). The driver will exchange this printed receipt for a bus ticket. (Please note: this bus ticket also entitles you to discounts at a number of attractions and eateries around the city - please see 'DISCOUNTS PAGE LINK' for more details).
  • Every adult ticket entitles 1 child (5-15 years) to travel free with that adult (who must travel together at all times). Any additional child who travels with that adult will be charged separately. Children must be accompanied at all times.
  • 2 and 3 day tickets must be used on consecutive days.
  • This ticket is only valid for the calendar year in which it was purchased.
  • Only to be redeemed with City Sightseeing Bristol.
  • Please check the website for up to date operating dates and times.
  • We reserve the right to amend the timetable at any time or to change details of the route at short notice.
  • We always endeavour to operate to time. However, there are occasions when we may be unable to due to logistics or situations beyond our control.
  • This ticket cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money.
  • If a payment has been made in error, please contact nicola@citysightseeingbristol.co.uk, refunds are at managers discretion.
  • All OAP / Student identification must be available for inspection by the driver.
  • Retaining your ticket will entitle you to 10% off travel with any of our fellow City Sightseeing tour operators anywhere in the world. This 10% discount must be used within 12 months.
